Our Story

The area kept asking for two things. We're building both.

Ask around any neighborhood along the Spring–Woodlands corridor and you'll hear the same two wishes. Collectors want a real home for the hobby — a place to trade, store, and break wax that isn't a folding table in the back of somebody's shop. And families want somewhere the whole crew actually enjoys — where the kids burn energy, the parents exhale, and nobody's counting the minutes.

Two different wishes, usually two different drives across town. Our answer is to build them side by side: Matador Club for the collectors, Matador Green for the families, one shared roof between them — so a Saturday can hold both without anyone having to choose.

And the doors are only half the story. The same operator builds and sells the systems that run it all — Matador Systems automates workflows for other businesses today, the Market Desk scans the card market around the clock, and Matador Fantasy puts a lifetime of player evaluation to work every draft season. The digital houses are open now; they're what raise the physical ones.

Matador Vanguard was founded out of Woodson's Reserve in Spring, Texas. We're not a chain testing a market — we're neighbors building the places we kept wishing existed. This corridor is where our kids play, where our cards get traded, and where both houses are being raised.
